1998 - 2015

Court certificates or responsa are reports that I have written in my function as a sworn expert ordered by the court. Generally sworn and court-certified experts are experts available to the courts who, after at least five years of professional experience, undergo a court certification procedure and are entered in the list of court experts upon successful completion. As evidences the court experts or their reports are sources of knowledge and information for the judge, ie for those applying the law, and as expert advisors, they also legitimize the official decision through their qualification and authority as experts. A court opinion is a well-founded judgment by an expert on a question put by the judge, the answer to which requires specialist knowledge. The correctness and reliability of court opinions depends on the availability of qualified experts, careful selection for the specific court proceedings and factually correct control and guidance by those involved in the legal proceedings. I was included into the list of court experts from 1998 to 2018 and generated 32 court certificates in 22 court proceedings. All are written in the German language.
